Techila Solutions Pvt. Ltd is based in Magarpatta City, inside the Pentagon 3 building. Our office is number 204. It’s a typical tech park environment here with lots of glass and elevators. We work on software and various digital solutions. It’s not all coffee machines and bean bags like you see in movies. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting at our desks coding or looking at screens. Magarpatta is a busy place, so there’s always a lot of traffic during lunch hours. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office is decent-sized, but it feels smaller when the whole team is in. We don't do much in the way of flashy presentations. We just focus on the projects our clients give us. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building is too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks. We aren't a massive firm, so we all know each other’s names. We stay late some nights when a deadline is coming up. It’s just the reality of the work we do. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the technical work, and try to get things right the first time. It’s a practical setup for a software company.
