Madhav V Kirad

I have been running things here as Madhav V Kirad for a long time now. Our place is at Nana Peth Vivek Nagar 269. It is not some big office with a lot of glass and mirrors. It is just a regular spot in the neighborhood where we do our daily work. I usually get here early before the sun gets too hot. The streets are quiet then, except for the milk delivery guys. We don't have a big team of people in suits. It is just us in our regular clothes, sitting at our desks and getting things done. Some days the phone rings a lot and other days it stays quiet. We don't mind either way because there is always something to clean or organize. The building at 269 has been around for ages. The walls are a bit thick and the windows are small, but it keeps the heat out. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them where we are. It is a simple way to run a business. We don't have any big mission statements written on the walls. We just want to finish the work we have and do it well enough that we don't have to redo it later. It is a honest living here in Vivek Nagar and we are happy with that.
