Madhav Sambhat Sugur

We are located in Chinchwad at the Kamda Housing Society. Our office is actually in Building No. 2, Flat No. 21. Since we are in a residential building, it’s a bit different than a normal office. It’s a lot quieter, which we like. We’ve been using this flat as our base for quite some time now. It’s a simple setup with just a couple of desks and some storage for our records. We handle different types of business matters from here. It’s mostly administrative work, making calls, and keeping track of our accounts. We have to be careful not to make too much noise because of the neighbors living around us. Most of our actual business happens outside, where we go to meet clients or visit sites. Chinchwad has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen it grow. The flat is small, but it’s enough for what we need. We don't have a big staff or any expensive equipment. It’s just a straightforward way for us to run things without having to pay for a big commercial space. We spend our mornings doing the paperwork and our afternoons out and about. We have been part of this community for a long time. People in the building know us, and we like the sense of being part of a neighborhood while we work.
