Maddy'S Cyber Zone

Finding Shop No 2 in Mahesh Society can be a bit tricky if you don't know the Hadapsar area well. We are tucked back in Sr No 13. Maddy’S Cyber Zone is mostly where students come to print out their projects or fill out forms. We have about six computers. They aren't the newest models, but they work fine for browsing and typing. The printer sometimes jams when we try to go too fast. I spend a lot of time unsticking paper. It's just me and my brother running things. We stay open late because that's when most people remember they need a photocopy for the next morning. It gets quite cramped when four or five people are waiting. We have some plastic chairs outside for that. The internet goes down sometimes when it rains heavy in Hadapsar, and we just have to wait for the lines to get fixed. We also help people who aren't very good with computers. Older folks come in to check their emails or print bank statements. We don't charge much. It's more about being useful to the society. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the keyboards are a bit worn down from all the typing. We don't have a website or anything. People just know we are here by word of mouth. It's a small business, nothing too big or complicated. We just do our work and go home.
