Machteq Ites India Private Limited is located in Nilesh Park, specifically at A-22 in the Malwadi area of Hadapsar, Pune. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of local shops and traffic. Our office is a straightforward space in a residential building. We do not have any big neon signs or fancy lobbies. You just walk in and see a bunch of people at their desks. We handle various IT-related services from here. The desks are a bit cluttered with notes and hardware. We usually have the radio on or someone is humming while they work. It is a very casual environment. We do not worry much about what people wear as long as the work gets finished on time. Lunch is usually a social time where we all sit around and talk about anything other than work. The Malwadi area has some great food spots if you do not mind a bit of a walk. We have got a couple of ceiling fans that keep the air moving, and that is about it for climate control most days. It is an honest way to work. We know our neighbors and they know us. We have stayed at this address because it is convenient and it fits our style. There is no corporate fluff here. We just come in, tackle the day's problems, and try to do a decent job. It is a small, hard-working team at Machteq, and we like it that way.
