Luwak Technologies is based out of Warje Malwadi, near Laxmi Nagar. If you know the area well, we're right near Megha Height at survey number 40/1/1. It’s a local neighborhood, not one of those glass-and-steel business parks. We like being in Warje because it feels more like a community where people actually know each other. Our office is pretty modest. We’ve got our computers and some basic desks, and that’s about it. We focus on tech stuff, mostly because that’s what we know how to do best. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just take on tasks and finish them one by one. Sometimes the neighborhood is noisy with kids playing or cars passing by, but we don't mind. It's better than a sterile, quiet office. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Despite the name Luwak, we aren't a coffee shop, though we do drink a fair amount of it to stay focused during long afternoons. It’s just a few of us working together. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area with magazines. If someone drops by to see us, they just pull up a spare chair and we talk. We think it’s a more honest way to do business. There are no layers of management, just the people doing the actual work. It’s practical and it works for us. We’re just a small tech firm trying to do a good job in our corner of Pune. We like it here.
