Lucainvent Technologies Private Limited

Our office for Lucainvent Technologies Private Limited is in Sus, which is a growing part of Pune City. We are in Flat Number C-701 at Onella-2, which is at Survey Number 246. It’s a nice enough building and being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area when we take a break. We do technology work, as the name suggests. It’s mostly about coming up with new ways to solve problems, though it’s not always as exciting as inventing sounds. A lot of it is just trial and error until something finally works. We have a few desks set up in the main room and some bookshelves that are mostly filled with old manuals and empty boxes. The place is a bit messy, to be honest, but that’s just how we work. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches about our future. We just want to keep the lights on and do work that we can be okay with at the end of the day. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for when we are arguing over a piece of code. We are just a small team trying to figure things out as we go, without any of that polished marketing talk you see elsewhere. It feels more real to us this way and we just keep moving forward with whatever project is on our desks.
