You can find Loon It Services Llp over at Raykar Mala in Pune. We are in Flat Number 102 of the Shivalay Swapnaspurti building, which is on Survey Number 75. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the full address, but it’s a solid place to work. Being in a flat means it feels more like a home than an office most of the time. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and the living room is where most of the computers are set up. We focus on IT services, which covers a lot of ground. Some days we are fixing bugs, other days we are talking to people about their systems. We aren't using any fancy jargon to describe ourselves because we are just normal people who happen to be good with computers. The building itself is quite standard for this part of Pune, and we get along okay with the other residents. It can be a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build something simple. There are no mission statements on the walls, just some whiteboards with lists of things that need to be fixed. It’s practical, it’s honest, and it’s how we like to run things day to day. We just focus on the task at hand and ignore all the unnecessary distractions.
