Lojiq Technology (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Hinjewadi at the EFC Office Spaces LLP. We are situated at Plot No 31 and 32, taking up space on the first and second floors. Being in the MIDC area of Phase I means we are right in the center of the big tech hub in Pune. The biggest challenge of working here is definitely the morning traffic on the way into the park. Once you actually get inside the RGIP area, it’s all very structured and busy. Our office isn't overly decorated; it’s mostly just a functional space with desks and chairs for the team. We use the shared areas for a bit of a change of scenery sometimes. There are plenty of small food stalls nearby where we grab lunch or a quick snack during the day. The building is a modern one with glass windows and a proper lobby area. It feels very different from the older parts of the city. We have a routine of getting in early to beat the worst of the crowds. Even though the surroundings are quite professional, we keep things pretty relaxed inside our own doors. We aren't into anything too corporate or stiff. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job while dealing with the typical Hinjewadi construction noise. It’s a decent place to spend the work week and we’ve made it our own.
