Logicon Technosolutions Pvt Ltd is located at 15/B/1 on Jetalpur Road in Chinchwad East. It’s an industrial sort of area. You see a lot of trucks and workers moving around during the day. Our building is right in the middle of it all. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and some shelving units filled with equipment. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or art for the lobby. It’s a place for working. Jetalpur Road can get pretty dusty with all the traffic, so we spend a lot of time wiping down our desks. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. It’s usually pretty strong. The morning starts with everyone checking their emails and figuring out what the biggest problem of the day is. We don't talk much about strategies or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be fixed and try to fix it. Chinchwad East has its own feel, very different from the more residential parts of the city. It’s loud and productive. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. The lights in the office are bright, which helps. We know most of the people in the neighboring buildings. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need a map to find anything. It’s just where we do our business, plain and simple. No bells or whistles, just work. That is the way we have always done it.
