You can find us at Sai Arcade on Shivaji Road in Panvel. We are right across from the S T Stand, so it’s very convenient for anyone coming in by bus. Being near National Highway No 4 means we see a lot of travelers as well as locals. The traffic outside can be quite a mess, especially during rush hour, but inside we try to keep things organized. We've been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s a practical location. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We have our beds, our medical gear, and a team that knows what they are doing. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, so we tell people to take the stairs if they’re in a hurry. We handle a mix of walk-ins and appointments. Since we’re so close to the bus stand, things can get unpredictable. One minute it's quiet, and the next, five people are at the desk. We just take it as it comes. The nurses are good at multitasking, even when the phones are ringing non-stop. We aren't trying to be the biggest hospital in the world, just a reliable one for Panvel. It’s honest work, and we do it every day of the week. No fancy logos or polished brochures here, just a hospital doing its job. We keep the floors clean and the lights on for whoever needs us in Panvel.
