Being right near the Mumbai Bengluru Highway means there is always a sound of traffic in the distance. Life Point Multi Speciality Hospital is at No. 145/1 in Wakad, not too far from Hotel Sayaji. It’s a big spot and we have a lot going on inside most of the time. Because we are a multi-speciality place, there are always different doctors coming in and out, and the waiting area gets quite a mix of people from all walks of life. It’s a lot to manage, but we’ve got a system that mostly works for us. The building at 145/1 is easy to spot from the road, which helps people who are coming from further away. We spend a lot of time walking between the different departments. It’s a busy environment. We don’t really go in for the polished corporate look; it’s more about having the right equipment in the right rooms. The staff eats lunch at different times just to keep things covered throughout the day. Wakad has grown a lot lately, and being near the highway makes us a convenient stop for a lot of people passing through or living nearby. Life Point Multi Speciality Hospital is a hardworking place. We keep the records filed and the equipment maintained as best we can. It’s a lot of logistics and a lot of everyday effort from everyone involved. We’re just here doing our bit, making sure the doors are open and the help is ready when someone pulls off the highway and finds their way to our entrance.
