Libricon Solutions

Our spot is near Pune Station, specifically at 41349. Being so close to the station means the area is always moving. You can see people rushing to catch trains from our windows. Libricon Solutions is located in an older building that has a lot of character, even if the elevator is a bit slow and noisy. We have a fair amount of space, but we’ve managed to fill it up with books, hardware, and various cables running across the floor. It’s not the tidiest office, but we know where everything is. The walls are a neutral color that has faded over the years. We spend our days dealing with different technical problems and finding ways to make things work. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small nameplate. The noise from the station becomes background music after a while; you don't even notice the whistles anymore. Most of us bring tea in flasks from home, though there is a guy who sells great chai just outside the gate. We don't have scheduled meetings in glass rooms; we usually just talk across our desks when something comes up. It’s an honest way to work in a very busy part of the city. The rent is decent for the location, and we like being where the action is. It feels connected to the rest of the world and all the people traveling through. Sometimes the power goes out.
