Level 12

You can find us over on Taluk Office Road in Chinchwad, specifically in 5th Sector C/32. It’s an interesting part of town because of all the government offices nearby. We get a lot of people who are out doing their errands or finishing up paperwork. Level 12 is just a name we picked. The space isn’t very large, so it can feel a bit cramped when it’s full. We have some tables and chairs that don't quite match, but they do the job. We spend most of our time just managing the daily flow of people. It’s not a corporate setup. We do our own cleaning and we handle the counter ourselves. Sometimes the power goes out in this sector and we have to wait it out with some candles or just wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just a part of living here. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just open the doors and see who comes in. The neighborhood is mostly offices and some residential blocks. We've been here long enough that we know the guys who work at the Taluk office. It’s a regular life for us. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. Nothing too fancy, just a place to be. We keep a stack of old newspapers in the corner if anyone wants to read while they wait. The fan in the back makes a little clicking noise, but you get used to it after a few minutes.
