Our place is located at Gate Number 1566 in Ranjan Gaon Ganpati, right along the Nagar Road. Being out here in the Shirur Taluka of Pune district means we have a bit more space than some city shops, which is good because the equipment we deal with isn't small. It’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of traffic heading toward Pune. We spend our days at the facility, mostly working on the mechanical side of things. The building is a standard industrial setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us, our tools, and the machines we are putting together or fixing. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back with grease on our shirts. The gate is a bit heavy to slide open in the mornings, and the gravel in the yard makes a crunching sound under the truck tires. We have a small tin-roofed area where we keep the spare parts. It gets loud when it rains, but we don't mind. The weather out here in Ranjangaon can get pretty dry, and the dust from the road blows in, but we just keep at it. We’ve been part of this industrial belt for a while, and we’ve seen how much it has grown. We mostly just focus on the job at hand and making sure the equipment is ready to go. There is always a lot of heavy lifting involved.
