We set up Leons Digital Technologies Privatelimited in Awhalwadi, specifically at G. No. 242. It is right near the Marathi Shala. The area is mostly houses and small local shops. Our office is a modest place where we spend most of our time looking at computer screens. It’s not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in the middle of a big city. We just have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of cables running across the floor. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get things done. We started this because we wanted to do something on our own. Our team is small, and we don't bother with fancy titles or formal meetings. Usually, we just talk about what needs to be fixed while we have our morning tea. The kids from the school nearby make a bit of noise during their breaks, but we've gotten used to it. There isn't even a proper sign on the door, just the house number. We handle the technical work as it comes in and try not to overcomplicate things. It's a simple life here in this part of town. We are usually here from early morning until late evening. There are no perks like a cafeteria, so we usually just bring our own food or get something from the stall down the road. It’s just a regular spot for us to work.
