Navi Peth is a pretty crowded part of Pune, and our shop is right there at Omkar Corner, specifically at 9A. Being in this spot means we see a lot of people walking by every single day. We deal with computers and all the parts that go with them. It is mostly just us sitting at our desks troubleshooting software or fixing hardware issues for the people in the neighborhood. The office is a bit cramped if I am being honest, but it works for what we need. Pune life is fast and Navi Peth is always buzzing with activity. We have been at this address for quite some time and have seen the area change a lot. Some days are just a mess of cables and loud cooling fans, which can be a bit much, but we get through it. We share the building with a few other small businesses so it is never really quiet. We do not have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. We spend a lot of our breaks at the local tea stall nearby. Most of our customers are students from the nearby colleges or small shop owners who need their laptops fixed quickly. We don't use a lot of technical talk, we just explain what is wrong in plain English and get to work.
