Lee Nee Software Exports Pvt Ltd is based in Pune, specifically over in the Kondhwakhurd area. We are located in Natasha Enclave, which is on NIBM Road. Our office is Flat 401 in the D-3 wing on the fourth floor. It's a decent climb if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. We work on software stuff, mostly for clients who are located elsewhere. It’s a pretty focused environment. We aren't the type of company with bean bags and ping pong tables. It’s just rows of computers and people coding or checking for bugs. NIBM Road has become quite busy over the last few years, so getting here in the morning can take a while if you're coming from across town. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us all by name. We don't really do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. It is a quiet office for the most part, except when we are trying to meet a deadline. Then it gets a bit frantic. We just try to write clean code and make sure the software does what it is supposed to do. That is the long and short of it. It’s mostly just hard work and being careful with what we write. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we take our breaks, which is usually the only time it gets noisy in here.
