You’ll find Leadwell Solution Private Limited over in the MIDC Bhosari area. We’re at Plot No. 30/1 in the F-II Block. Since it’s an industrial zone, there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the background. It’s not the most peaceful place, but it feels like work is actually getting done. The office is a bit dusty because of all the nearby construction and factories, but we don't mind much. We have a basic setup with some old filing cabinets and a few sturdy tables for our computers. It’s a functional space above all else. We don’t have any fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. You just come in and find us working. Most of us have been working in Pune for years, and we’re used to the industrial vibe of Bhosari. The canteen nearby has decent food, so that’s where we usually end up for lunch. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things and talking over the noise of the fans. It’s a bit of an older building, so there are always small things that need fixing, like a flickering light or a door that squeaks. We just handle it as it comes. It’s not a place for showing off. It’s just a place where we put in our hours and try to stay on top of things. We’ve been here for quite some time now and the neighbors are all good people.
