We are based out of Lohagoan, which is a bit of a trek for some people. Our office is on Lane No. 4 in Janardhan Nagar. It’s a quiet residential area mostly, so Leadgensys Info Solutions Llp doesn’t feel like a typical high-rise business. We are at Sr. No. 63/A/1/7. It’s a simple setup. Pune is growing fast, and this area is changing too, but our corner stays pretty much the same. We have a few rooms where we set up our equipment. It's not flashy. There are no glass walls or modern art hanging around. We just have our desks, some chairs, and a small area to make tea. Most of the people working here live nearby in Haveli or Pune city. We usually start our day early to avoid the worst of the traffic, though it's getting harder lately. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Sometimes kids are playing in the lane outside while we’re trying to finish up our work. It’s a humble place, and we like it that way. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just get the work done. The office gets some good sunlight in the mornings. That’s probably the best thing about it. We’ve been here for a couple of years and it feels like home now. Just a regular bunch of people working in a regular neighborhood. It suits us just fine.
