Le Bakery Studio

Down in Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, you’ll find Le Bakery Studio. It’s a bit different from the big IT offices nearby. Our place usually smells like yeast and sugar by seven in the morning. We’ve got flour on our aprons pretty much all day long. The studio is where we try out different things, and sometimes they don't turn out right, so we start over. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other. Hadapsar is always crowded, and the traffic near Magarpatta can be a nightmare in the evenings. We see a lot of office workers coming in looking for something to eat after a long shift. The ovens make the room really hot, especially during the summer months. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who really like handling dough. There’s always a sink full of dishes that need washing, which is the part nobody likes. We keep the counters scrubbed and the displays filled as much as we can. It’s not a fancy corporate setup; it’s just a kitchen where we do our best work. Sometimes we sit on the stools outside for a five-minute break when it gets too stuffy inside. It’s a lot of standing and a lot of repetitive movement, but seeing someone enjoy a fresh roll makes it okay. We just keep things simple and focus on the baking.
