Laxmikrupa General Stores

Laxmikrupa General Stores is located at 348 in Nana Peth, right here in Pune. We are quite close to Chawdi Chowk, which is a spot that stays busy almost all the time. Being in an old part of the city means the building is a bit aged and the space is tight, but we make it work. We have been stocking general items for the local residents, mostly things like toiletries, snacks, and basic kitchen supplies. The floor is made of old stone and it stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down on the street outside. We don’t have any polished displays or bright neon lights. Most of our goods are just stacked on the metal racks we’ve had for years. Sometimes the delivery guys leave boxes in the middle of the floor, so you have to watch your step when you walk in. It’s just a few of us working here, usually chatting with the regulars about the weather or the local news while we bag their items. We don't spend money on marketing or trying to look like a supermarket. It is just a practical store for practical people who need to grab something quickly on their way home. There is always a bit of a breeze coming through the front door, bringing in the smell of the city and the sound of the nearby market vendors shouting their prices. It is just our corner of Pune and we stay busy.
