Laxmikanth Lahoti. We operate out of Bibwewadi, specifically in the New Timber Market. Our place is called Sai Palace, number 5. If you know where Pawar Hospital is, we are quite close to that. The timber market is a loud and busy place to be every day. There are trucks coming and going all the time, and the smell of cut wood is everywhere. It’s a very grounded kind of environment. We’ve been here at Sai Palace for a while now. The office isn’t huge, but it serves its purpose for the kind of work we handle. Most of the day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop in from the market. Being near the hospital means it’s a bit of a landmark area, so people rarely get lost trying to find us. We don't really bother with making the place look like a corporate office because that wouldn't fit in here anyway. It’s a working space for working people. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with the noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done. The New Timber Market has its own rhythm, and we are just one part of that daily cycle in Bibwewadi. It's an honest living and a decent spot to be based for our business. There is always something happening outside the door, whether it is deliveries or just the local market gossip.
