Laxmi Battery

If you are driving down Sinhagad Road, you might see us at Shop No. 7. We are right on the OTC Road section. Laxmi Battery has been sitting here for a good while. It is a small shop, mostly filled with heavy black boxes and the smell of lead and acid. It’s not the kind of place you come to hang out, but people stop by when their cars or bikes won’t start in the morning. We spend a lot of our time checking voltages and cleaning terminals. The shelves are stacked high, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a few customers come in at once. Sinhagad Road is always packed with traffic, so there is a constant noise of horns and engines outside our door. We keep a few chairs out front for when things are slow. Most people around here know us just by seeing us every day. We don’t do much advertising because the shop sign and the word of mouth from the local mechanics are enough. Sometimes the rain floods the road a bit, and we have to move the stock higher up so it stays dry. It’s just the daily routine of running a battery shop. We aren't trying to be anything big. Just a local spot where you can get your battery swapped out without any fuss. It’s a plain business for a plain need, and we like it that way.
