Lare Sang Spm

Lare Sang Spm is located in Chinchwad, right in front of the Padamjeet Papermill at number 155. Being near the paper mill means there is always a certain smell in the air and a lot of heavy trucks rolling past the front gate. Our place is more of a workshop than an office. We have these big machines that take up most of the floor space. It’s loud when everything is running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. The walls have some grease marks and posters from years ago that nobody has bothered to take down. We have a small corner with a desk where we handle the bills and the phone calls, but most of the work happens on our feet. The light comes in through the high windows, which are a bit grimy. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just walk right into the shop area. It’s a lot of manual work, getting our hands dirty and fixing things. We have a water cooler that makes a loud humming sound all day. Most of the guys have been working here for a long time, so we know the routine inside out. It’s just a plain industrial workshop where we get things done. We don't spend much on making the place look pretty because that’s not what we’re about here. We just want to finish the jobs and go home.
