Over on Sasoon Road at 21-A, you’ll find Laptech Solutions. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while now. It’s mostly a place where we fix things and help people with their devices. We have a lot of tools and parts scattered around, but we generally know where everything is. People come to us when their laptops or computers aren't doing what they should. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s a workshop. We spend our time taking things apart and putting them back together. Sasoon Road is a busy place, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier for people to drop off their stuff on their way to work or home. We aren't a huge chain; it’s just a local operation with a few dedicated staff. Sometimes we have to tell people bad news about their machines, but we try to be honest about what can and can't be fixed. We don't make promises we can't keep. We just look at the problem and try to find a solution that works for the person. It’s simple, honest work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure your computer works so you can get back to what you were doing. That is what we do here at 21-A every single day.
