Our place is at 108/9 in the Mithakhali Ga area of Gokhale Nagar. Laptech Solutions Pvt Ltd might sound official, but it’s really just a group of us who know our way around laptops and circuit boards. We see a lot of broken screens and batteries that won't charge anymore. It’s the kind of thing you deal with when you’re in this business for long enough. The shop isn't huge, but it's got enough space for our tools and the stacks of spare parts we keep around in the corners. Some people come in looking for quick fixes, and sometimes we can do that, but other times it takes a bit of poking around to find the real issue. We don't have a flashy showroom with bright lights. Most of our day is spent under desk lamps looking at tiny screws and connectors. We’ve been here in Gokhale Nagar for a bit now, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always someone dropping by with a question about their computer acting up. We try to give straight answers without using too much jargon that nobody understands anyway. It’s just how we do things here. If you need us, you'll find us at the back bench. We keep pretty regular hours, though sometimes we stay late if a job is proving tricky. It’s just work, you know?
