Shop 504-A, Radhika Housing Society. It’s just me, Lalit Katare, running things here. Most people know this part of Sinhagad Road pretty well because of the traffic near Parvati Nagar. I started doing this work a long time ago. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty but that’s how it goes when you’re busy with your hands. People stop by to talk about their projects or just to ask questions. I try to keep things simple and honest. You won’t find any fancy reception area here. Just a desk, some chairs, and my tools. I grew up around here so I know the neighborhood inside out. Parvati Nagar has changed a lot lately. There’s more noise now. But the shop stays the same mostly. If you’re coming from the main road, look for the Radhika sign. Sometimes I’m out on a site visit, so the shutter might be down for an hour. It’s better to call ahead if you’re traveling far. I handle most things myself because I like to know exactly what’s happening with every job. It gets tiring being the only one, but I wouldn't have it any other way. We talk about what needs doing, I give you a price, and then I get to work. No big contracts or complicated words used here. Just regular work for regular people who live nearby. I’ve lived in this city my whole life and seen it grow into something massive, but this little shop keeps me grounded. That's the whole story.
