Ladder Technologies

We are based out of Chinchwad in Pune, right above Bhawan Sweets at Gurudwara Chowk. Being so close to Akurdi Station makes it easy for most of us to get to work without too much trouble, though the traffic at the chowk can be a nightmare during rush hour. Our office is a bit of a climb since we’re above the sweet shop, but the smell of snacks downstairs is actually pretty good. We work on various technology projects here. It’s mostly just a group of us sitting around computers, trying to figure out code or fixing hardware problems. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes taped up. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We get a lot of noise from the street below, especially with the buses and the people visiting the Gurudwara, but you stop noticing it after a while. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big multinational. We’re just a local tech place trying to keep our clients happy and our projects on track. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s usually something that needs fixing or updating. We handle things as they come and don’t worry too much about being polished. It’s a real place with real people doing a job they know how to do. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out eventually. We stay busy.
