We've been at Center Street for a while now. Room 457. It's a busy spot in the Camp area, right near Valaabh Bhai Patel Street. Most people know us around here because we’ve been doing this for years. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we plan everything out. We handle food for all sorts of gatherings, big and small. Sometimes it’s a wedding, other times just a small family dinner. We wake up early to get the supplies. Buying fresh vegetables from the market is just part of the daily routine. My brothers and I started this because we liked cooking for neighbors. It grew from there. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. People just call us after they eat at another party we did. That's how it works. If you walk past Room 457, you'll probably see us talking to someone about a menu. We use old recipes that have been in the family. Nothing too complicated, just honest food that tastes like home. We try to keep things simple and make sure there's enough for everyone. Sometimes we run out of business cards, but everyone has my number anyway. If you need food for a function, you can just drop by and talk to us. We’re usually there most afternoons after the morning rush is done. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of the cooks usually picks it up. That's just how we run things here.
