L T Infotech

Our office is at Flat No 6 in Tulsi Residency. We are located on Lane No 7, Bhairav Nagar, right off Dhanori Road in Pune. It’s a residential building, so it’s pretty quiet most of the day. L T Infotech has been operating from this flat for a few years. It’s a two-bedroom place that we turned into a workspace. One room is for the computers and the other is for storage and a small table where we eat. The balcony looks out over the street, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. Pune weather is usually good, so we keep the windows open a lot. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big entrance. You just ring the bell for flat six. It feels more like a house than an office, which some of us prefer. There’s a small temple nearby, and you can hear the bells in the evening. We don’t have any corporate policies about what to wear or how to sit. We just show up and do the work that’s assigned to us. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon. It’s a very relaxed environment. We don’t spend money on expensive furniture. Most of our stuff is second-hand but it works fine. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep things running smoothly from this little flat.
