Kv Solutions

Kv Solutions is at 2 Wanowarie on 21st Main Road, inside the Crystal Castle building. We are right across from Sungrace Highschool, so we see students and parents all day. We handle various technical things here. People bring us their computers when they stop working or need help with software. The office is a small space filled with cables, monitors, and spare parts. Most of our time is spent looking at screens and figuring out why things aren't running right. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We don't have a marketing team. Mostly, people find us because a friend told them we could fix their laptop or set up a router. Traffic on 21st Main Road can be heavy during school hours, but otherwise, it's a decent spot. We try to be practical. If something is too old to fix, we will say so. We don't try to sell people stuff they don't actually need. It’s just us working through a pile of repairs every week. We stay busy enough with the local crowd in Wanowarie. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job that is taking longer than we thought. It’s just the way it goes when you deal with technology and its quirks. We are just here to help with tech problems without making things complicated for anyone. Our shelves are usually full of systems waiting to go home.
