Vinamax Organics Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. A-72 in the Midc area of Kurkumbh, Pune. We work with organic chemicals and intermediates here. It’s a pretty specialized field, but for us, it’s just the daily routine. The facility is set up for handling different chemical reactions and storage. We have to be quite careful with the temperature and the way we mix things. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather is really hot outside. We have a small laboratory where we check the quality of what we’re making. If something is off, we have to figure out why and fix it before we can pack it up. The team here is mostly local people who have learned the trade over the years. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s more about getting the job done and making sure the drums are filled correctly. The Kurkumbh industrial area can be a busy place, so there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we know the rhythms of the place. We just try to keep our processes steady and manage our inventory as best as we can. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work with chemicals every single day. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space we have to work with.
