Our small team works out of Flat No.701-C in Karvenagar, Pune. It is a quiet spot near Potnis Parisar, mostly residential with some shops scattered around the corners. We aren't in some big glass tower downtown, just a regular flat in the K 52 building where we set up our desks and computers. Most mornings start with someone making a pot of tea while we look at the list of things to get done for the day. Kuboid Technologies isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people. It is just a few of us here trying to keep things running. The traffic on S No 29/2 can get a bit loud during the evenings, but inside it stays mostly calm. We have some old chairs and a lot of tangled cables under the tables, which isn't very pretty but it works for what we do. Pune weather is usually decent, though the dust from the road gets into the office if we leave the balcony door open too long. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you just knock on the door of the flat. We spend most of our time staring at screens and talking through problems. It is a very normal, local setup without any of the corporate drama you find in the bigger tech hubs. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to head home before the main roads get totally blocked by the rush hour traffic near Plot No B-1.
