Kshan Tech Soft Private Limited is located at Unit No. 6 in the Bhagyeshree Building. If you know Baner Road, you know it is always moving and full of traffic. We are specifically at Survey No. 273/4. It's a decent building, nothing too over the top or shiny. We spend a lot of our time inside these walls working on software and helping people out with their technical needs. Baner is a good area to be in, even if the parking around Pune-411045 can be a bit of a headache most afternoons. We started this because we liked working on software and wanted a place of our own to run things. The office isn't huge, but it's ours and it serves its purpose. We have a few desks, some old monitors, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Sometimes we forget to tidy up when we are busy with a deadline. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune. We just want to do the work well and then go home. People often ask what we do exactly, and it is mostly just building things on computers. It is quiet work for the most part. The team here is small, and we have known each other for a long time. We drink a lot of tea while we look at screens. It is a bit of a routine, but it is what we do. We don't do the whole corporate culture thing here. We just come in and do the job.
