Krushna Provision Store

You can find Krushna Provision Store in Wanawadi, right at 16th A Main on the 2nd Cross, number 53/9. It’s a quiet enough corner, but we stay busy with the local residents. We sell the usual things people need for their kitchens and homes. Grains, spices, snacks, and cleaning stuff are all tucked into the different corners of the shop. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s almost always one of us behind the counter. The space isn't very large, so we have to use every bit of wall for shelving. Sometimes it feels like the boxes reach all the way to the ceiling. We don't do home delivery with an app or anything like that, but if an elderly neighbor needs help, we carry the bags for them. The morning starts with dusting the jars and checking what we need to order for the next day. It’s a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We hear all the local gossip while we weigh out lentils or count change. The neighborhood has grown around us, with new buildings coming up, but our little shop stays pretty much the same.
