Krtagama Systems Private Limited

Krtagama Systems Private Limited is tucked away in Dhanori, Pune, specifically in Flat 11 of the B-2 building at Siddheshwar Nagar. We are right on Tingre Nagar Road, so there is always some traffic moving past our building. Our office is a converted flat, which makes the whole place feel very casual and easygoing. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a security desk; you just come up to the flat and we’re there. Inside, every room is filled with computers and cables. We do a lot of systems work, which involves a lot of sitting and thinking, so the quiet atmosphere of a residential building really helps us stay on task. We aren’t big on polished talk or corporate mottos. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them finished on time. The team is small, so we often end up eating lunch together and talking about things other than work. Dhanori is a nice area that's developing fast, so there are always new shops and cafes opening up nearby. We don’t have any fancy decor on the walls, just maybe a calendar and some whiteboards with scribbled notes. It’s an honest, simple workspace for people who just want to get things done. We like the fact that it doesn't feel like a cold, sterile office. It feels like a place where real work happens by real people.
