We’ve been working out of the Om Sai Laxmi Bunglow on Kharadi Road for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot in Chandan Nagar-Kharadi, and there’s always something going on outside our door. Most days we are busy with site drawings or checking on materials that just arrived. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we get the actual work done. Construction is a messy business, and we spend more time in the sun than behind a desk. Sometimes the phone rings all morning, and other times we are just out there in the dust making sure the foundations are right. We know the neighbors around here well. People stop by sometimes just to ask about a project or see how things are moving along. It gets noisy with the traffic on Kharadi Road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We handle a lot of the engineering side ourselves and keep a small crew who knows their way around a site. It’s hard work, but we like seeing a building actually go up from nothing. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, some heavy boots, and a lot of concrete. If you're looking for us, we're usually the ones with the dirty shirts and the rolled-up blueprints at S No 36. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big title or a fancy logo; we just want the work to speak for itself when we're finished.
