Kpit Cummins

We are located at Plot No. 35/36 in the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. It’s a very different environment compared to the old industrial estates. There are more trees and better roads here, though the traffic during peak hours is a real mess. Kpit Cummins has a big building here with lots of windows. Inside, it’s mostly rows of computers and people sitting with their headphones on. It’s quieter than a factory, but there is still a lot of energy. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking in small groups around whiteboards. The canteen is a big part of our day because it’s where everyone from different departments actually meets up. We don't have a lot of the dirt or noise of heavy manufacturing, but the pressure to get things done is still there. The building has air conditioning, which is a relief because it gets really hot outside. We have a lot of young people working here who come from all over. The security guards at the gate know most of us by sight. It’s a modern setup, but we still have our little quirks, like the coffee machine that always seems to run out of milk at the wrong time. We don't go in for big speeches or corporate slogans. We just show up, log in, and get through our tasks for the day. It’s just regular work in a tech park.
