Kpit Cummins

Our office is called Mukutia and we’re located in Gulmohar Coloney right on the New Dp Road in Kothrud. The Pune 38 area is always buzzing with energy because Kothrud is one of those places that’s always active. Being on the DP road means there’s a lot of noise from the bikes and cars but we’ve grown used to it over the years. Kpit Cummins has a nice little spot here and we try to keep it as organized as possible. It’s not always easy because we have a lot of files and equipment tucked into every corner. The building is surrounded by other shops and homes so it feels like we’re right in the middle of everything. We don't have a big HR department or a team of consultants. It’s just us. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes we order in some snacks if we’re working late. The furniture is a bit old and the chairs squeak a little when you move but they are comfortable enough for a full day's work. We don't put on an act for anyone. If you come by you'll see us exactly as we are. We manage the daily operations and try to keep things moving without making a big fuss about it. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood and that’s how we like it. We usually walk to the local market after we lock up.
