Unnati Hi- Tec Agro Projects Pvt. Ltd. has its office at No. 3/13 in Chandralok Nagari. We are situated within the Dahanukar Colony area of Kothrud. It’s a decent neighborhood to be in, and it’s usually quiet enough for us to focus on our projects. We’ve been here for several years now, and the locals in the colony are familiar with our presence. The office itself is quite modest. It’s not one of those big, shiny glass buildings you see in the city center. Instead, it’s a practical space where our staff comes to work every day. Sometimes finding a parking spot on the street can be a bit of a challenge, but we always make it work somehow. Kothrud is a very active part of Pune, but our little corner in Chandralok Nagari feels a bit more relaxed. We handle various agro projects from here, mostly doing the planning and the paperwork. Most of us just come in, do what is required, and head back home. The address 3/13 is easy to find once you are in Dahanukar Colony. We like being part of this community. It’s got a real local feel to it, which we prefer over a sterile corporate office park. We don't put much effort into fancy decorations; we just make sure the work gets done right. It’s a solid, functional home for our company and it serves us well.
