Kosha Ideas Private Limited

Our office is located in Shubham Heights, right on the Pimpale Saudagar Road here in Pune. We are in unit B 306, which is a comfortable enough space for the work we do at Kosha Ideas Private Limited. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees and fancy meetings. It’s just us working on different ideas and projects that come our way. The Pimpale Saudagar area is quite lively, so there’s always something happening outside, but we stay focused on the tasks at hand. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves and have a bit more control over the quality of what we produce. Most of our days are spent at our desks, drinking too much coffee and talking through whatever technical issues have popped up. We don’t use a lot of big words or marketing talk to get our point across. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we work on tech stuff and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. It’s a small operation, so everyone has to help out with everything, from answering phones to fixing software bugs. We’ve been at this for a while and have slowly built up a rhythm that works for us. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the effort and that seems to be enough for most people we work with. It's a humble setup and we like it that way.
