Our office is located in the Ajmera area of Pimpri-Pune, at H No-003, O/C 4. It’s a bit of a mix here, with residential pockets and a lot of industry nearby. Pimpri is known for its manufacturing and tech presence, and we are right in that environment with Konzert Technologies. We aren't based in one of those huge tech parks with glass windows everywhere. Instead, we are in a more traditional building which makes us feel more connected to the local neighborhood. Our day usually starts with a lot of talk about current projects and what needs to be fixed. We handle a lot of technical work, and our desks are often a mess of parts and documents. It’s a real working environment. We don't have a dress code or anything formal like that. We just show up and do what needs to be done. The traffic in Pune can be a real pain, especially during shift changes in the nearby factories, but we’ve learned to plan around it. We are a small group of people who enjoy the technical side of things without all the corporate drama. We keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who reaches out. It’s a modest setup, but it’s where we do our best work. We aren't trying to be fancy, just effective. It's just us doing our thing in Pimpri, day by day.
