Konnet Solutions Pvt Ltd is situated right at Plot No. 102 in the Shiv Shakti Complex. If you know where the Food Bazaar is in Baner, we are just right across from it. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Inside, it’s a bit quieter. We spend most of our time dealing with networking and technical stuff. It’s not the kind of work that looks exciting on TV. It’s mostly troubleshooting and making sure things stay connected. Our office isn't decorated much. We have some plants that someone forgot to water and a lot of spare parts in boxes under the tables. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a local team trying to keep up with the work. Baner is a nice area to be in, even if the traffic gets bad in the evenings. We’ve had this office for a while now. Most of us have been working together long enough that we don’t need many rules. We just show up and handle whatever comes through the door or over the phone. It’s a practical business. We don't use much jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s wrong and how we plan to fix it. That seems to work best for everyone involved in the end.
