We set up shop here at Konark Aptt on Dhole Patil Road a while back. It's just us running things day to day, and we spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure things taste right before they go out to anybody. Pune is a busy place, and being right here in the mix means we see all sorts of people walking by our window. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic, especially when the lunch crowd hits and everyone is in a hurry, but we manage to get through it. We aren't a big chain or anything like that with a head office in some other city. Just a small group of us trying to keep the food decent and the tables clean enough for the next person. Dhole Patil Road has changed a lot over the years with new buildings popping up, but we’re still here in Flat No 2 doing what we do. You’ll find us mostly prepping vegetables or cleaning up after a long shift. It's hard work, and our hands are usually busy with something or other like dishes or orders. We don't have a fancy office or a marketing team telling us what to say to sound better. It’s just about getting the food ready and making sure people have a place to sit and eat without too much fuss or noise. We live around here too, so this neighborhood feels like home to us. If you’re passing by the apartment building, that’s where you’ll find the kitchen going. It’s nothing too flashy, just a solid spot where we do our thing every single day.
