We are located at 22 Barve Complex, 1170/1, right on J.M. Road in the Shivajinagar area of Pune. It’s a very busy part of the city, and our office reflects that energy. We have been here for a long time, dealing with all sorts of pumps. The space is filled with technical manuals, spare parts, and blueprints. It’s not a fancy place with modern furniture. Most of our desks are old wood and covered in papers. We spend a lot of our time explaining how different pump models work to people who come in. There is always a faint smell of machine oil in the air, which we’ve grown used to over the years. The traffic on J.M. Road is constant, so there’s a background hum of engines and horns all day long. We have a small team, and we all know our way around the technical side of things. We aren't interested in flashy marketing. We just focus on the hardware. Sometimes a customer brings in a part that’s twenty years old, and we try our best to find a replacement or a fix. It’s practical, hands-on work. We take our tea breaks at the stall downstairs. It’s a good way to clear our heads before getting back to the files. We don't have big meetings or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the equipment we provide works the way it should. It’s a decent way to spend the day for everyone here.
