You can find Kimling Chinese Cuisine Restaurant at Gera Junction, right by the Lulla Nagar Signal on Kondhwa Road. It's a busy intersection, so there's always a lot of movement outside our windows. We are in Shop No 1, so we're pretty easy to spot once you get to the junction. We’ve been serving food here for some time now. The place isn't very large, but we've tucked in enough tables for the lunch and dinner rushes. It’s mostly just us working hard to keep up with the orders. Sometimes the traffic noise from the signal gets a bit loud, but most folks don't seem to mind much. We aren't much for fancy decorations or anything like that. We just have the basics so people can sit and eat. The kitchen is always busy, and you can usually smell the cooking from the sidewalk. We see a lot of students and families from around Kondhwa. It feels good to see the same people coming back week after week. We keep the place tidy as best as we can, though it gets difficult when it's really crowded. It is just a straightforward spot for anyone who wants a meal while they are out and about in this part of Pune. We do our work and try to make sure everyone leaves with a full stomach. Our staff is just a few local guys who know the menu by heart and don't waste much time.
