Khushi Watch Center

Khushi Watch Center has been sitting here on 6th Cross in Vignana Nagar for a long time now. If you know the Talegaon area, you know how these streets get. It’s a small shop, nothing fancy to look at, just a counter and a lot of small tools spread out everywhere. We spend most of our days looking through those magnifying glasses at tiny gears and springs that most people don't even think about. People come in mostly because their battery died or they need a new strap because the old leather one finally gave out after years of wear. Sometimes someone brings in an old clock that belonged to their grandfather, and it’s covered in dust and hasn't ticked in a decade. We take it apart, clean out the gunk, and try to get it moving again. It’s quiet work, except for the ticking of all the different clocks on the walls, which you stop noticing after the first hour of being here. The light coming through the front door is how we track the day since we’re usually too busy fixing things to look at the time ourselves, ironically. There’s no big team here, just a couple of us who know how to handle the delicate stuff. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but watches still break the same way they always did. It’s just a regular local spot where you can get your watch fixed without any fuss or high prices. We just keep the gears turning.
