Khodape Software Consulting Pvt Ltd is located over in Shivaji Nagar, Kempalinganahalli. We have been here for a bit now, working out of a small space. It is not a huge corporate building, just a place where we sit and write code. The team is small, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for years. We deal with software problems every day. Sometimes the bugs are easy to find, and other times they keep us here late into the night. We drink a lot of tea and just keep at it until the job is done. Kempalinganahalli is a quiet enough area for focusing on the screen. We do not spend money on marketing or big banners. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the building. It is practical work. We look at spreadsheets, we write lines of code, and we test things until they stop breaking. The office floor is a bit creaky. We have some old desks that we brought from our previous spots. It feels like a real workplace, not a showroom. We aren't interested in making things look perfect for a website. We just want the software to run like it should for the people using it. Usually, we are busy with two or three projects at once. We take turns making the tea. It is a simple setup and that is how we prefer to keep things running every day.
