Khenat Hospital & Prastuti Gruha

Khenat Hospital & Prastuti Gruha is located within the Sai Housing Society area in Karve Nagar. It’s a bit of a local landmark around here for the people living nearby. Residents usually just say they are going to the hospital near the housing society. Since we have the Prastuti Gruha part, we see a lot of pregnant women and new parents coming in and out. It’s a special kind of place because of that, and the atmosphere is different than a general hospital. There is a lot of nervous waiting and then a lot of excitement. Karve Nagar is a nice area to be in, and it feels more like a community than a busy commercial zone. The building is solid and has been here long enough that everyone knows where it is. Inside, it’s mostly just functional rooms and hallways. We have the delivery rooms and the beds for recovery. The staff is usually busy moving from one room to another. It gets a bit hectic when a few babies decide to arrive at the same time. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that, just the space we need to do the work. The trees around the housing society make it feel a little less like a cold clinical environment. We are just part of the daily life in Karve Nagar, helping families grow and taking care of people when they are sick.
